Corpshore Australia launches NDIS and aged care back-office support for registered providers

Corpshore Australia today announced dedicated back-office support for registered NDIS providers and aged care operators, covering claims processing, scheduling administration and documentation, delivered through Corpshore Solutions Corporation's global outsourcing network.

The service is aimed at providers spending an outsized share of staff time on administrative processing rather than participant-facing work. Corpshore's teams handle claims submission and reconciliation, roster and scheduling support and case documentation, working inside a provider's existing systems rather than requiring a new platform.

Corpshore is explicit that outsourcing this administrative layer does not change who is accountable for compliance. Registered NDIS providers are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and that responsibility sits with the provider regardless of who performs the underlying admin work. Corpshore's role is scoped and documented as the administrative layer only, agreed with each provider before any file is touched, so accountability for participant outcomes is never in question.
