Frank B. Prempeh II is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, the group of which Corpshore Australia is the Australia and New Zealand division. He founded the company in 2015 and has led it since, from Toronto. Under his leadership the group has grown from a single-market operation into a business that delivers business process, IT and AI services in more than twenty countries and more than thirty-five languages.

He leads the group from the head office at The Exchange Tower on King Street West in Toronto. Corpshore Australia reports into that structure rather than operating as a separate company with its own board, and Corpshore Solutions Corporation is the contracting party on Australian and New Zealand client agreements. We state that plainly, because a buyer is entitled to know which company stands behind the signature and where its leadership sits.

The founder's priorities set the operating character of the Australia and New Zealand business. Accountability is held close, service commitments are treated as delivery standards rather than marketing lines, and data jurisdiction is answered against the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, or New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, rather than deflected. These are the terms on which a regulated Australian or New Zealand buyer evaluates a partner, and they are the terms the division is run against.

The result is a company that competes on governance as much as on price. Corpshore Solutions is ranked second of the top twenty business process outsourcing companies in Australia and Corpshore AI fifth of the top fifty AI outsourcing companies worldwide, both by Outsource Accelerator. Those positions reflect a business that has chosen to be measurable rather than merely large.

The founder does not run the group alone. The wider leadership team spans the functions any credible delivery organisation needs: operations, technology, AI delivery, people and commercial. Operations leadership owns service delivery, quality and the client relationship. Technology leadership owns the engineering and infrastructure that IT clients depend on. AI delivery leadership owns annotation, evaluation and human review. People leadership owns hiring, training and the working conditions the group publishes standards for. Commercial leadership owns pricing, engagement design and growth.

We name the founder because his role is confirmed and public. We describe the rest of the team by function rather than by name, because we will not present a leadership roster we cannot stand behind, and because there is no separate Australian or New Zealand leadership team to name yet. Named biographies for the wider team are confirmed on request as those roles are made public.

The practical value of this shows up in the ordinary run of an engagement. An Australian or New Zealand client has a named account owner working to their business hours, escalations are answered inside the six hour response window rather than drifting across a weekend, and governance reviews run to a set cadence. A privacy or compliance question is answered against the law the client answers to, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in Australia or the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand. Being led from Toronto is a fact we disclose, not a reason a question takes a week.
