Corpshore Australia supports foreign companies establishing customer and back-office operations in Australia and New Zealand

Corpshore Australia has outlined its support for foreign companies establishing operations in Australia and New Zealand, standing up local customer support, back-office processing and technical helpdesk capability while a company's own lawyers and accountants handle incorporation, tax registration and employment law compliance.
Companies entering the Australian or New Zealand market for the first time typically need operational capability in place before, or at the same time as, the legal and financial groundwork is completed. Corpshore's role is limited to that operational layer: customer service and support desks staffed to Australian and New Zealand hours and time zones; back-office processing for orders, documents and case work; and technical helpdesk support, delivered onshore, offshore through the group's international network or as a blend of both.
Corpshore is explicit that it does not provide legal, tax or incorporation services itself. Company registration, tax registration and compliance with the Fair Work Act and its National Employment Standards in Australia, or with New Zealand's Holidays Act and minimum employment standards, remain matters for a company's own lawyers and accountants. Corpshore's engagement sits alongside that advice, not in place of it, and begins once a company has decided to enter the market rather than as a substitute for deciding how to structure the entity itself.
Personal information handled as part of these engagements is managed under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles for Australian operations, and under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 for New Zealand operations, with the entering company retaining the accountability that both frameworks place on the organisation collecting the data.
"We get asked constantly whether we can just handle the whole entry, and the honest answer is no, and a company should be worried about anyone who says yes to that," said Frank B. Prempeh II, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. "We run the customer support desk and the back-office processing. The incorporation and the tax registration belong with a local lawyer and a local accountant, and we tell every prospective client that before they sign anything with us."
Corpshore Australia is the Australia and New Zealand facing division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, which does not yet have a registered Australian or New Zealand office; delivery is coordinated through the group's existing international network while that decision is worked through.
