The Australia and New Zealand division of a Toronto group
Corpshore Australia is not a sales office for an anonymous vendor. It is the Australia and New Zealand division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, a group that has been headquartered in Toronto, Canada, since it was founded in 2015. The parent's registered office is at The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Suite 1900, Toronto. Corpshore Australia does not yet hold an office of its own in Australia or New Zealand, and we say so rather than publish an address we do not have.
That distinction matters more than it first appears. Corpshore Solutions Corporation is the entity that signs client agreements, including agreements with Australian and New Zealand clients, so the accountability a buyer contracts for sits with a named parent company rather than with a local shell. What the division adds is a business built around this market: local business hours, Australian and New Zealand law as the compliance frame, and one account team that owns the relationship from first call to steady state.
What we do
Corpshore Australia delivers across three pillars. Business process outsourcing covers customer experience, finance and accounting, back office administration and trust and safety work. IT outsourcing covers software engineering, cloud and infrastructure, quality engineering and support. AI delivery covers data annotation, model evaluation and the human review that keeps AI systems accurate and safe.
Every service is delivered in English as standard, with the wider group able to add further languages from a bench of more than thirty-five under the same contract. Work for Australian and New Zealand clients is delivered from the group's offshore delivery hubs rather than from a local site, and we state that plainly rather than dress it up. Where a programme needs a language, a coverage window or a volume that one hub cannot carry, the network absorbs it under one governance framework, so the model flexes with the economics rather than forcing a single answer.
Where accountability actually sits
Accountability is easiest to hold when someone owns the relationship by name and answers inside a stated window. Corpshore Solutions Corporation is the contracting party, the group head office is in Toronto, and the account team for an Australian or New Zealand programme works to local business hours against a six hour response commitment. A privacy question is answered against the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, or New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, because that is the law the client answers to.
Under APP 8 and section 16C, an Australian business that sends personal information to an overseas provider keeps the accountability for what happens to it. If the overseas recipient breaches an APP, the Australian entity is treated as though it breached the APP itself. That is the central fact of offshore delivery in this market, and it cuts one way: the arrangement has to be governable. Documented controls, a named escalation path and contractual obligations a client can point at are what make the reasonable steps APP 8 requires possible. A provider that treats the question as a formality is the risk, not the distance.
New Zealand is different, and the difference is worth knowing before a New Zealand buyer assumes the Australian position applies. Under IPP12 of the Privacy Act 2020, information sent overseas purely for safe custody or processing on the agency's behalf, by a provider that does not use it for its own purposes, is not treated as a disclosure at all. That is a materially more permissive rule than APP 8, and it changes what a New Zealand programme has to document.
Independently recognised
The group's standing is recognised outside its own marketing. Corpshore Solutions is ranked second of the top twenty business process outsourcing companies in Australia by Outsource Accelerator, and Corpshore AI is ranked fifth of the top fifty AI outsourcing companies worldwide on the same publisher's global list. These are dated third-party rankings, linked to their source, and stated exactly. We do not claim to be first, and we do not round the numbers up.
The operating record is published on the same basis. Client satisfaction of ninety-seven percent, a six hour response window and cost reductions of sixty to seventy-five percent against equivalent in-house Australian or New Zealand hiring are the figures we stand behind, because they are the figures we can show.
Part of a global group
Corpshore Australia draws on the full weight of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. The group operates in more than twenty countries, which is what lets an Australian or New Zealand programme add capacity, languages or follow-the-sun coverage without leaving its contract. The United States operation runs as Corpshore Inc from St. Petersburg, Florida, and the United Kingdom operation as Corpshore UK Ltd from London, so a client with cross-border needs is dealing with one group rather than a patchwork of vendors.
Corpshore Australia decides with the client which delivery hub carries which part of the work, and it does so in the open. The global reach is a resource the client can use, not a place the work quietly disappears to.
Led from the group head office
The group was founded and is led by Frank B. Prempeh II, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, from Toronto. The wider group leadership team spans operations, technology, AI delivery, people and commercial functions, and Corpshore Australia reports into it rather than operating as a separate company with its own board. There is no separate Australian or New Zealand leadership roster to publish yet, and we will not invent one. What a client gets instead is a named account owner for their programme and a route to the people above them that does not run through a switchboard.
