Corpshore Australia launches AI managed services for the Australian and New Zealand mid-market

Corpshore Australia, the Australia and New Zealand division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, has launched managed AI services for the Australian and New Zealand mid-market, aimed at organisations running an AI system in production, or close to it, that do not want to build and staff an in-house AI team to keep it running.

The service covers the ongoing operational work that a production AI system actually needs: continuous monitoring of model performance, defined retraining triggers, human-in-the-loop review of outputs before they reach a customer or a regulatory process and incident response when a system produces a result it should not have. It is deliberately scoped as an operating service rather than a one-off build, since the harder and more persistent problem for most mid-market organisations is not getting a model into production once, it is keeping it accurate, monitored and reviewed for as long as it stays there.

A related strand of the launch covers evaluation and safety review: accuracy testing, bias review and safety checks scoped to how a specific system is actually used, rather than run against a generic checklist. A customer-facing chat tool and an internal document summariser carry a different safety bar, and Corpshore scopes the evaluation work accordingly rather than applying one standard rubric to every engagement.
