Business process outsourcing
Client Account Manager, BPO and IT Outsourcing
About the role
Based onsite in Corpshore Australia's Sydney office, a division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. You will own the commercial and operational relationship for two to four Corpshore client accounts spanning business process outsourcing and IT outsourcing services, matching how Corpshore structures its account management elsewhere in the group.
You run the full governance cycle for each account, from weekly operational calls through to monthly and quarterly business reviews, and you are the first person a client calls when something goes wrong. Availability for genuine client escalations outside standard hours is part of the role, not an occasional exception.
What you will do
You will own the commercial and delivery relationship for your two to four accounts, sitting between the client and Corpshore's delivery teams so nothing falls into a gap between them. You will run the governance cadence for each account, weekly operational calls, monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews, and you will report SLA and KPI performance to the client honestly, including the periods where delivery missed target, rather than presenting a polished number. When a client escalates, you own it through to resolution, coordinating with the relevant delivery manager rather than just relaying the complaint. You will identify account growth opportunities alongside the delivery team, including where a cross-sell into Corpshore Talent's recruitment services or Corpshore AI's data services genuinely fits a client's stated needs, and you will lead account-level renewal and contract discussions as they come up.
What you bring
Five or more years in account management or client services, ideally within BPO, IT outsourcing or a comparable managed-services environment. Experience owning multiple concurrent client relationships rather than a single large account. Confidence running formal client governance, including SLA reporting and quarterly business reviews. Strong commercial acumen, excellent written and spoken English, and availability for client escalations outside standard business hours when genuinely required.
Nice to have
Experience across the specific industries Corpshore serves in Australia: financial services and fintech, mining and resources, healthcare, retail and e-commerce, telecommunications and technology and SaaS, plus experience scoping IT outsourcing or AI and data services, and formal account management or sales methodology training such as MEDDIC or Miller Heiman.
What we offer
A performance bonus tied directly to account outcomes, the superannuation guarantee on top of base salary, exposure to named client accounts across financial services and fintech, mining and resources, healthcare, retail and e-commerce, telecommunications and technology and SaaS, a professional development programme, and a genuine path to senior account director as Corpshore Australia's client book grows.
